I wouldn't want to go on a blind date as a woman, but as a man, I totally get it. Blind dates are better than no dates. They give men a chance to actually show their personality, instead of being invisible. Try creating a fake dating profile as an average man and try to get a date. I guarantee you'll be surprised. You'll be lucky to get a couple matches a week, and you'll be even luckier for one of those matches to even reply to a message. And you'll be incredibly lucky for one of those women to actually agree to a date. As a man, you're assumed to be a creep unless proven otherwise, unless you're exceptionally attractive. Blind dates give you the opportunity to prove otherwise.
