Does anyone have any tips or mentalities to work on or adopt for someone that is very reserved and can easily lose trust but is working on it. I know he could get a date easily as he is physically attractive but has a low self esteem yet can be really confident at times. He says he fears losing anymore people in his life but not rejection so he doesn't want to get close enough to risk it, But really wants a meaningful relationship.
How do you date if you have trust issues?
