Why do some people ghost even after few dates and can't communicate like adults?

Basically I [M28] started dating again after being cheated on in my previous relationship.
I dated several girls (they are either mid 20s or late 20s) and went on couple of dates with them.
All of them seem to check all boxes that I look for in a partner, but after a few dates they seem to just ghost me. For example latest girl I have dated, girl in mid 20s. We went to 2 dates, kissed on 2nd, everything seems ok, but then she just disappeared. I understand that she is not interested...

Women loose interest fast and considering they are usually talking with 2 or 5 guys at the same time.

They just ghost the one who lost Thier interest. When interact or let him get glad or tell her that she is wrong doing this? She knows it so they ghost 👻.

Sorry it happens this is more about them then it is that your bad at dating! It's looking for a jem in a garbage dump! For both sides!

It's about them not you! They can't talk like adults! Social media and phones ruined that ability for them.

actually some people have bad experiences in communicating things openly, so to avoid endless quarrel over their decision they prefer to ghost...
