Most people that I know who date co workers end up splitting up later on and do not reach the getting married part. It then is fairly crap for everyone else who now walks around on egg shells or accidentally triggering one of them. Yes for some it works out and if married not a problem, well apart from neither partner being able to step in when the other is getting bollocked.

Not necessarily. But I would really think it over a lot before dating one again. I tried it and it was a really bad idea. As of right now I'd avoid dating any coworkers.
