How can you tell if a guy is really interested in you and wants a relationship?

I started talking to a guy long distance couple of months ago. In the beginning he liked a lot of my Facebook posts, but immediately after we met in person (about a month in. It's been about 7 weeks since we met in person) he stopped liking my posts. However, I've noticed he likes a lot of other people's stuff. And he calls me and texts me every single day, even if it's just to share a small detail of his day. He also seems a bit distant in our conversations and doesn't tease me like he used to. But he still continues to call EVERY day, sometimes multiple times a day. If a guy is losing interest would he continue to call every single day?

That takes time and you have to go by his actions how he pursues you how much he talks to you how does he look at you? What does he say to you? What kind of a conversations does he bring up to make you think that he’s interested in having a relationship, it takes time to put the package together to know

What do you want? To share a home? Ask for that. If he doesn't want what you want, then stop wasting your time.

Sharing a home is definitely much farther down the road. We definitely have similar views and likes, etc. I'm just looking for a little clarity from outsiders perspective.

You are asking because there's something you want to happen that isn't happening. What is it?

“Liking” posts and similar nonsense isn’t an indication of anything. LDR also leaves you vulnerable to things like catfishing, so only count on what you’ve visibly been able to confirm about the guy in real life. The rest is just smoke and mirrors to get you to open up and be vulnerable.
