How long does it take you to really get serious about a relationship?

Just depends on the chemistry and connection we share together , and whether her and I are on the same page with things , and like a lot of the same things , and she makes me her priority like I make her mine. I honestly no longer rush into a relationship with a girl because of how the world is today with selfish lying untrusting people , so I prefer to take the slow road to make sure her and I make it passed the infatuation period. I prefer FWB’s with a girl that is on the same page as me. Basically we only have sex together but open to date others if we choose to , If we end up in bed with someone else? We end the benefits part and just remain friends. From my experiences in relationships, it seems to be the best way to go , especially these days. Most people jump into relationships without looking at the big picture because they are infatuated with each other and before you know it , one of you is going to have your heart broken because one of you wasn’t honest. I consider myself an honest guy and hope she is honest with me as well, but sadly that isn’t always the case.

A genuine relationship takes time. There are a lot of even long term marriages that aren’t serious. People marry for sex, marry for money, marry because they knocked someone up/got knocked up, married just to have kids, married just because they wanted to get married, etc. But they never built that bond.

A lot of people it’s so sad they will never experience the beauty of a true love. Because our spirt longs for that beautiful thing. But our flesh is another story. It’s just procreate procreate procreate….. So. A lot of people are operating in the flesh. They give sex out like it’s Halloween Candy by being a girl named Candy… Same for dudes who sleep around. Sex looses all its meaning. It becomes a perversion. People get into darker things because they need more to get off. That’s why you see all the weird shit on GAG. Their only idea of having fun is having sex. They don’t seem to care about anything else in life.

A genuine relationship. It depends. Every relationship is different some may take months others it may take years. But you can tell couples who are genuinely in love. I don’t just mean the honeymoon phase. I mean…. Deeply love one another. They’re their whole world. Even the thought of another person is disgusting. Building that bond takes time and you can’t do it with anyone.

Actually, they were both the right one. The first ended because I was too young to withstand unwarranted family pressures. I have been married for 10 years to the second and I consider myself a very fortunate woman.

each time I see a future with guy , I get denied be his girlfriend and they say they don’t want girlfriend and then all my dreams ruined and crushed.
No guy sees future with me. No guy likes me back. Guys say I’m pretty but don’t progress relationship and it’s stagent forever.

I like to be friends with them first, then maybe wait about a few months (3-4) and then actually get serious about the relationship. Simply because I have learned so much from my last relationship and I don't think it's the best to fall in love so quickly or become so serious about them right away

There is no definitive time limit Some relations get serious pretty quickly, after one or two dates. Others take months and till others take years.

The important thing is to not rush into a relationship, don't force it, but also don't lay back and just let it happen. A good relationship gets started somewhere between those extremes.
