Is this normal guys? Or should I react?

I've been talking to this guy and it's been 2 weeks but we just met up yesterday. We've known each other for years actually so we've seen each other before but not alone. So he'd gone to his friends engagement party the day before we met and he said that he told his friends he's seeing someone (me), but I told him not to give my name because some of his friends know me and this relationship is new. Then I saw a video in which he's giving a bellydancer some money and dancing. Should I be worried or is it normal? Am I overthinking?

By the way, actually he sent me that video after we met in person. So it disturbed me that he didn't send it before we met.

Every relationship has different boundaries. I personally wouldn’t be offended. Belly dancers are performers, tipping is understandable.
