I've been seeing this guy recently and we really get along and have great chemistry. We had a fight and he wanted to make it up so he came to my hometown. He kissed me when we met and grabbed my breast. Should I be concerned?

Hmm that is kinda weird that he grabbed your breast like that. On one hand, maybe he was just really feeling the moment and got caught up in wanting to make up after the fight. Guys can do stupid impulsive things sometimes.

But it's also possible that was kind of a disrespectful or overly aggressive move on his part. Did it make you feel uncomfortable at all? Because if so, that's definitely not cool of him. Consent and respect are super important.

I'd just have a talk with him about boundaries when you get a chance. Make sure he understands that you won't put up with anything you don't feel okay with. Let him know clearly what your limits are with physical stuff. Pay attention to how he reacts too - if he gets all defensive or tries to blame you, that's not a good sign.

If he seems understanding and promises to respect your space from now on, you could maybe give him another chance. But I'd be wary and keep my guard up some too. And don't be afraid to end it if he ever crosses a line again - your comfort and safety should come first. Just communicate how you feel and see how he responds. That'll tell you a lot.
