I'm not aging, I look as young as I did 24 years ago, but the women in my area age fast, where should I live to find a date? I've tried online?

Most women my age around here look old enough to be my mom.
When I say I don't age, I mean most people mistake me for being 15-20.
When I find a woman my age, we have nothing in common mentally, be it personality, or interests. They don't like anything I like to do, and they have no sense of joy about them.

What should I do? I don't want to date a woman thats a lot younger than me, and I don't want to date one that looks twice my age and doesn't spark a mental connection.
I feel invisible to a match, and I tend to only attract women in their early 20s at best, younger if I'm particularly unlucky.

Its so frustrating!
How can I meet someone my age who is youthful, intelligent, creative, and not boring?
Someone who still likes cartoons, gaming, drawing, and still has a passion for self improvment of her talents and skills, and has grand aspirations or achievements.

Why would women in a particular area age faster than any other women? Do you live under a nuclear power plant?

No, also living near a source of radiation wouldn't cause aging. Japan had 2 atom bombs dropped on it and a power plant collapse, and they have some of the youngest looking old people on the planet.
Aging is caused by infection, injury, genetic illness, poisons, malnutrition, and stress induced damage that doesn't get the opportinity to heal properly.

There are populated areas in the world where less/less severe instances of those occur, but all the ones I know about are outside the united states. I'm looking for areas in the US where retaining your teenage looks well into your 40s and 50s is the norm.
