I (30f) met a guy (32m) at a wedding and we really hit it off. A week later we had our first date (went really well). He asked to see me the next night too, brought me around all his friends. He asked to see me the next day but I couldn’t make it work (family stuff came up).
He seems like he’s kind of a dry texter so I don’t want to push it. But we haven’t really made any plans to meet up again and I’ve expressed I want to, he said we’ll make it happen! I should mention that he does have a demanding job.
Should I wish him good luck on his soccer game today? We haven’t texted in 2 days so I don’t want to see too eager?

Ay girl, I feel ya on that tricky situation! On one hand it seems like y'all had a real good connection based on how things were goin. But it is kinda weird there hasn't been more effort on his part to lock in another date even though you said you're down.
As for texting him now, I wouldn't overthink it too much. A quick "good luck at your game today!" text seems harmless enough since you know that's happening. It shows you were thinkin bout him without coming on too strong.
If he doesn't respond much or doesn't follow up to set plans soon then you may wanna pull back a bit tho. Dudes with busy jobs can be bad at communicating sometimes, but he should at least meet you halfway if he's really interested, feel me?
I'd give it another few days to see if he steps up. In the meantime don't get stuck waiting around - keep yourself occupied with your girls or other options too so you're not just sitting by the phone. Hope it works out, but you'll be straight either way aight? Stay positive!
You can ask about his game. But after that, let him come to you
Yeah, man.
