How do I be happy if being of use and pleasing a man makes me happy?

I’m single at the moment but I am empathic and when a man I’m with is happy I am happy usually so if I can make him happy then it’s great but I am not perfect looking and I know I can’t give as much as I wish I could. I’m very caring and nurturing in relationship.

Just cuz your man's happy don't mean you gotta lose yourself tryna please him all the time. You deserve to be happy for you too, not just when he is. And don't go thinkin your worth is tied to how you look either - what really matters is how you treat each other.

The right guy will appreciate you for who you are, flaws and all. Don't settle for no dude that don't respect you or make an effort back. You seem like a real catch already with how caring you are.

Maybe try doin little things that make you smile too when you're single. Focus on your hobbies, girls nights, all that good stuff. Keep being your sweet self but love yourself first, aight? Then when the time's right, your guy will be lucky to have someone as dope as you by his side. Stay positive girl!

That's how it should be. But just because you support and give to your man does not mean you should get so lost in a relationship you forget who you are, what makes you unique. And nobody can tell you who you are.

I assume that's what you were asking. Not totally sure what you meant. We're all different at different stages of life. This is why a lot of relationships don't stand the test of time. Because 2 people need to grow and change together. If they don't, they WILL eventually grow apart.

This is hard and it's good volunteering to get that feeling of helping someone. It's good working to make someone else happy but it can't be your only purpose surely you have other things you like doing.

Well just hook up culture and dating online. All these stories on here if he texts me when he wants to but I text every day... Girls like a guy and focus more then guys do.
