I don't know, depends. if he lied, no, that's sick. Some people might try... and freak out when they start to think... and run into their own internal issues. I've seen that more than once.

ex. I've seen women.. she literally married what I saw as a good guy, and then she froze up in fear at intimacy. They were divorced not long after and he happily remairied. Point is, some people have deep emotional problems that prevents them from getting and staying close and they will run from what they actually want. The case here... don't know.

And then there are liars... also a mental problem. I've met some that are just nuts, and glad to be far away from them. So if this is the case, it is actually something you can be thankful for... that you encountered a possible narcissistic or other warped personality... and you got away in only one month! That saved you a ton of grief. I've been whacked by these people... they are bad news. Very sick.

Who knows, don't know details and hard to get closure on what really happened if he doesn't talk. It is painful.. the cure is...

Turning inward to learn and grow. That's how I got to the other side when ran into these issues. You need to reflect on self and improve. You cannot control the world, you control yourself and that's it. Not everyone guy is bad. As noted above, some people have real problems that prevent them from moving forward. So you in a relationship, have to learn to manage another human, to read them. If you select really good well trained guy, it will be easier. He might look lesser, but be easier.

So I took responsibility for my choices which resulted in my pain. I saw why I got sucked in , looked at what I'd done wrong, how I was blinded... by myself. It was obvious to others that knew... do you find that true... others saw he was BS? I saw their viewpoint if I could, there's always two sides. I worked to have empathy... and looked for what I could be grateful for (see above).

Do that, you get over the hill faster and get on with life. Anyone can get in an accident. Question is how long takes to recover.

In today's screwed up society, one can no longer talk about a relationship the way the original meaning defines it.

The definition is as follows:

"the way in which two or more people or things are connected, or the state of being connected".

Being connected to me, means more than just having a penis in a vagina for a few seconds and then moving to the next victim.

It is not a relationship in the proper sense of the term but only a friend with benefits situation. He is in just for the copulation but not for anything else and that does not define that state as relationship.
