I think this bullying behavior is because of your ASD trait and less to do with your appearance. You look normal. Nothing is visually wrong with you. I don't think this is a case of lacking any personal qualities but that this situation could stem from fears of others mixing racially with others who aren't like them. England, or the UK, still has an underlying racist problem much like the US. It's not always prevalent but in schools it's likely to tbe the case with people having not grown out of or became aware of their crappy behavior towards otherwise decent students like yourself. Once you graduate you probably will be able to find your group and find a partner, it takes time and being out of that mindset and environment.
I mean, even if you were missing teeth or your teeth were crooked, that still doesn't mean people ought to have treated you unfairly by calling you names and harassing you.
I've left education roughly 3 years ago from now. I'm still treated the same way by the general public in work & socializing. There is a visual problem if you were to see my side profile compared to looking straight on.
I might suggest you try to find the ethnic group you're a part of. (Ex. If you're Iranian then seek out other Iranians). It's a pervasive problem all over the globe and it has little to do with you personally. As I've written, if you reside upon the soil of a country in which the majority are not ethnically the same then you will be treated differently regardless of ASD. This applies to every country. It's not personal in nature. Society caters to the majority which generates its revenue and shares its history.
Hi! I suggest you work on building up your confidence because that is a major factor that is attractive to women. Also, remember, you don't need to attract a lot of women, just one woman... the right woman! Be yourself unapologetically. Don't try to be something you are not... be authentic, because that, too, is very attractive. ASD can be a bit of a challenge, but it is not insurmountable when you are high functioning. Try to expand your interests, if you can. You might also see if there are local resources where you can meet other high functioning ASD guys and girls because you will understand each others' quirks more easily. But that still doesn't rule out a girl who is not on the spectrum, who just may find you, including your quirks, quite charming. You're only 23. Give yourself time. You'll do fine.
The majority of my rejections have been along the lines of "you're not my type" or your flaws are too hard to ignore I can't accept you, after showing a photo like this. The only women that called me ugly fucker was elderly women around 70/80s during work.
it's energy... they generally are not logical and factual but emotional. They are responding to your emotion. If they can take you down emotionally with what they say, then you are useless to them. If your energy stays up, then you are masculine energy and their mind can/may change. Sometimes it's a test. My guess is you have some negative vibe and they are responding to that. It isn't your physical appearance. If that's true, then tell me about the most traumatic parts of your life. If you are teh walking wounded emotionally, they will see that. A girl with empathy may tune in, but most will run... from negative vibes.
You actually look really good and as long as you can keep conversation flowing and entertain a woman? You should be fine. Try learning how to be funny spontaneously as well.

I am autistic and look cute but not as much as you are arguably. Take some courses on how to channel your charisma if necessary but really I think that's the only thing holding you back. Vibes are really important with women.

Most neurodivergent girls don't want a neurodivergent partner. My circle is as wide as possible. I don't have a set preference compared to the majority.
You need to learn how to interact with women and recognize the signs that they are attracted to you. You also need to learn how to respond accordingly when you see those signs of attraction.
