I don't know, ozempic? All jokes aside, definitely go for something cute and original! Like, get arts and crafty and make something that will  last,  as a memory especially. For example, print out some photos and make a memory book and write all the things you love about that one specific memory. Although she may have material things, she doesn't hold onto your innermost thoughts.

I would find (or make) something with sentimental value, even if it had negligible monetary value. I got my girlfriend a necklace with a custom charm that has the title of a song engraved on it - a song that is special to us. I'm not sure if she's ever taken it off - she even wears it to swim. It wasn't expensive, but it has a lot of meaning to her.
