It can take a while before you are ready.
just be yourself.
Start off slowly, go out with friends, I'm sure there will be a few fix ups, which aren't a bad way to get back into things.
When you are ready if you think it might help join a dating service like It's just lunch.
Low key, no pressure dates, you don't have to become a lounge lizard to find females to ask out.
That is not a bad way to get out and about again.
You can go out at often or as little as you please then.

If you have spare time, volunteer. I tend to suggest that because the women you meet as volunteers tend to actually care about others.
