"I’m 28 and have never been in a relationship, and I’m starting to worry if it's too late to find someone. Is it still possible to build a meaningful connection after missing out on dating in my years?
Definitely possible. Work on yourself. Workout. Focus on your career and income. Pursue your passions. And the key part here... socialize. Go places to network. Talk with people. Don't just interact for your transactions.
When you're buying groceries, talk to the cashier and ask them how their day is. When you're at a restaurant, ask the server if it's a slow day or the bartender what the coolest drink they've made is. Don't be afraid to compliment people genuinely. If you see someone with a great smile or nice eyes, tell them they have a great smile or nice eyes. It doesn't need to be with romantic intentions. But it could make their day and it will build your confidence.
I promise you if you do all of what I mentioned, you'll have a partner in no time. If you have your life in order health-wise and financially and you socialize and make it a habit of talking to everyone around you, you'll change your life.
It is absolutely never too late. But don't look at as the grass being greener on the other side. Met my last girlfriend when I was 26, and I was a year and change younger than you are now. Now I'm 32 and we are officially broken up, but we had a child, and even though I'm free to see anyone else I want she still finds ways to make me miserable.
So don't think that if you are unhappy that a relationship will fix it. This is cliche but you need to become mentally sturdy on your own. Don't chase happiness. Happiness is fleeting. Become strong. You can only become strong through hardship. And women are attracted to strong men.
I know an old man who didn't get married until he was 72. It can happen at any time.

Yes it is, an acquaintance of mine was 31 when he got his first girlfriend (and lost his v card).
I myself only ever had one relationship so far in my life that went really long and am now single since a few years. I dont really worry about finding another one, when it happens it happens.
It's still possible no matter how long you've waited for a good lasting relationship to form.
It's over, better to move on and grab life than focus on what isn't available
shit... I been single 20+ years & no there's no hope
It's sucks but eventually you just have to except life doesn't always work out the way you want
not with that attitude.
Yes you can don’t be so shy
It’s never too late.
