I am a loner, will I ever get a girlfriend?

I am not a loner because I cannot talk to other people. Instead, I am a loner because in general, I like to be alone. However, there are times in my day when I need to be around people. Right now, those people that I am around are mostly my mom, dad and sisters. However, I am a man that has needs. I want to have a girlfriend so that I can have sex and I do see myself being able to spend sometime with her. However, it is really difficult for me to find a girlfriend because I really have no friends. Will I be alone forever?

I don't think I am depress. I do get sad sometimes, but most of the times I am happy. The thing with me is that I have always been a loner. Do you think it would be weird if I went by myself to a club or bar?

Are you working or going to school? Try to become friends with a classmate or coworker...if not, have you tried online chatrooms/dating? You just might find a girl just like you...you're young and everybody feels like you at some time in life, I don't think you're doomed to walk the earth alone. You're alone because you choose to be alone, get up and meet people. She might just be around the corner, but you have to give yourself the opportunity to meet her, she won't magically appear in your room, except maybe on the computer screen. Cheer up, it seems you might suffer from slight depression, maybe something you can look into and seek professional advice because that could also hinder your opportunity to get a girlfriend. Yes anyone has a chance to get a girlfriend however it will be a little more difficult. How do you feel about yourself, do you like who you are? <<----- liking yourself and being confident (not cocky) shines on you like a gold-ish glow.

very very true, nobody want a guy that is a loner. I know this because I am one. I have people at work that are trying to help me get a girlfriend, because they know of my crappy life situation being shy and generally uncomfortable around people until I get to know them. they would never say, I have this friend who I think you'd be good for. it could be true that their friends already have bf's, or maybe I'm just not compatible with them. but all they want to do is put me on online dating. nomorespace

Depends how badly you want a girlfriend and how hard you wanna try living with someone . They have needs too. You have to be skilled enough to meet their needs
