I have been the victim of deranged men trying to get attention by catcalling, whistling, cursing, jokes with double meanings, inappropriate innuendo and outright objectification.

I blame their dependence on their hormones rather than the control over them and that makes those men a menace to a number of females because they are incapable to think with the brain between their ears.
