Not the best Idea, if you work in the same field it's even worse... It honestly depends on your communication, if you guys agree that at work you are just coworkers and at home lovers, and divide these two, then yes... but it rarely works out, hence they establish rules for many companies that forbids you to date within

No it isn’t. If (when) it goes wrong you’ll have to see them everday and act unbothered, focus on work, cooperate etc. no matter how awkward or how angry or hurt you are. And if the coworkers know about the dating it’s just going to be awkward for everyone when they find out it ended between you, maybe even because one of you cheated.
