Good reason for an intimate relationship?

So let us suppose there is a young 30 year old dude, that has a good job/career, hobbies, does the chores alone etc.

He is autonomous in almost every aspect.

Is there a good reason in this utilitarian and individualistic society to pursue dating and relationships?

A stable sex life. Bouncing from whore to whore is gross and chaotic. Finding a steady intimate partner is peaceful. And if he wants kids, a steady relationship is the healthiest option for the kids to grow up in. If he doesn't want kids, then he could easily just get a friends with benefits and avoid any commitment. There's not really much gain for men like that to get married or have serious LTRs.

Doesn't matter if he wants kids because that dream can be destroyed just because the woman he is with decides she isn't ready and wants to get an abortion he can't do anything except leave her

Asker, for sure bro. And that definitely makes a difference. If that's the case. Situationships are going to be the best bet for a guy like that. Commitment will have zero benefits and a bunch of risks and costs.

I wasn't talking about myself but my brother.
He is a really cool dude. He is not alone. Our family is close together (Our parents and me are very close to him) and he has friends.
So he has a net of social interactions. I do not know how big it is but it is there.
Also he seems very happy. He is a perfectionist so that is maybe a reason why he doesn't want to date. I understamd that...
