I have a friend at work, my girlfriend has accused me of cheating on her. She says I should not have lunch with my friend and have no contact. She doesn’t even want me to say hello to her. Is this a red flag?

She went too far with the whole "don't say hello" thing, but there could also be a reason she's being overly aggressive. Like, I've told my wife to stop talking to dudes I caught her flirting with. And she's wanted me to distance myself from girls that seemed sketch. If you're 100% sure you never crossed any lines, then she's being way overboard and it's a red flag. But if you're into this other girl, or have flirted, she has the right to cock block.
