How often do you and the girl your talking to speak?

Sorry to they back to this so late but okay when I like a girl I tend to go a bit over board but I also know everyone is different so I don't know how much is to much at certain times I’m kinda experiencing this with a girl right now so I think I’ll back off a bit just to give her some space

But would the same thing apply in long distance me and this girl love very far apart and I was told to communicate as often as you can since you can’t see each other but I don't know I wanna give this girl some space to breath I myself feel like I’m being a bit overbearing so I think that would be a good sign to back off a bit
