It really began in the 1960s and essentially what was a matter of economics became a matter of culture. The single mother household among black women is the single most criteria in predicting a cycle of poverty.

The moynahan report in 1965 brought the issue to national attention. African Americans were excluded from the 1950s post-war boom especially in the real estate market as well as hiring practices for returning veterans. That one coupled with the second great migration to the urban cities locked in a cycle of economic precariousness. Men abandon their parental responsibilities and droves in the '60s with its more libertine attitude and the African American church, and the community at large, still lived in extended families so the lack of a father figure wasn't as debilitating because an aunt or a grandma was there to pitch in. By the 1970s and '80s that single female lead household had become the norm and it's also been claimed that breaking the cycle of poverty.

I also must make this point that the stagflation, oil embargo, exclusion from credit markets, abandonment of inner cities by mega corporations All played a portion in normalizing what till then was abnormal.

Because they're manipulated into believing that the God will be there with them forever if he doesn't have to wear a condom

And it doesn't matter what color you are
The thing that mattered the most is between boyfriend and girlfriend the thing that they called love did not exist because if you truly love somebody you would protect them by wearing a condom or beyond the pill it doesn't matter what race you are the same thing happens in every race.
