Do guys like it when girls are straight forward?

So I've been attracted to this guys and now i slid into his DMs. I asked him if he was single before i continued talking to him. He then said he was single and we continued talking he was the first one to ask for my IG by the way. We got to talk about few things but then he just seen my message and no reply. Was he turned off that i was too forward? Did i come too aggressive? Do guys not like it when woman are too aggressive?

Yes. But just like when a guy is straight forward with a girl. That doesn't automatically guarantee you a favorable response.

No your forwardness had nothing to do with the perceived rejection. He's either not interested or simply doesn't know what he feels. This is the ONLY problem with being forward with guys. You took the ball out of his hands. So he wasn't naturally drawn to you. There was no build up a feelings. So he may have to grow into those feelings. And don't take that person. No man or woman is irresistible.

I wasn't there I couldn't answer that. I will say this I had a woman ask me out once. I reacted much the same way, but didn't go out with her. I consider it one if the great regrets of my life. This is why I say the balls in his court. Maybe he wises up, maybe he doesn't. But whether he does or doesn't you need to move on like he won't. Never wait around for somebody. The woman that asked me out didn't wait around for me. She dated and married a guy that was understandably more deserving than me.

yes but at times I did not have the faculties to handle. you have to deal with the person before you, it isn't all about you. In that regard, you learn to communicate and that means knowing your audience!

Family issues, there was one time I dropped my phone when I was drunk and tried to fix it by slamming it on the ground, I stayed without a phone for like half a year, maybe something like that happened, he dropped his phone in a well or accidentally used it to get his stuck car out of sand, I know the chances of him ignoring you are probably higher but you can't just point your finger at you being open about how you feel being the issue, maybe it's something else you said.
