Are there guys out there who find the beauty instagram trend look to be boring?

I guess I’m trying to see if there are still guys out there who are not living through social media and actually are just everyday people, not influenced by the beauty standards, because it feels like all guys want is that fake barbie look, that instagram has forced upon us. I also messes with me, because I feel like no guy will find me beautiful when that is not how I look. I’m by no means ugly. Others would say I’m an 8. To me, I’m a 0 because of comparison to all these girls on instagram with the features we are told to have; thick eyebrows, big lips, small button nose, small forehead.

Me myself, as a woman, was talking with my friend about an actor that I find attractive while she thought another one was attractive. And I realized that the one she finds attractive, that is basically the definition of the beauty standard for men, is boring to me. Because he looks to perfect so he does not appeal to me at all. That was the first time I had hope in a long time, and yes I know beauty is subjective, but the amount of guys I have seen thirsting online for instagram girls is overwhelming and left me defeated.

So…are there guys out there who feels the same about this beauty trend for women?

I deleted my Instagram probably 10 years ago so I don't know what that look is I like the real look of real girls they're happy and not trying to impress anybody

Well actually the middle girl in the picture has a big forehead.. Go figure.. LOL.. But, instagram girls don't even look like that.. It's mostly filters, makeup, and maybe some surgery.. I see women I'm very attracted to all the time in everyday life.. And I'm sure most men do as well.. Don't worry you're fine..

I agree with where you're coming from. The IG model look is boring to also and looks too fake and like the girl is trying too hard.

I much prefer realistic looking girls or what is sometimes called "the girl next door" look.

Instagram is mostly a female phenomenon. I don't use it at all, and I know very few guys who do. The few who do just use it for things they are interested in like fishing or skiing related stuff. It's pretty much only females who are even looking at these fake "women". And by the way, men hate fake. You have nothing to worry about. This is all in your head.

100 percent women who are all the same tanner, I didn't bother at 20 with 20s tanned chicks and I don't bother now at 30 either with 20s or 30s tanned chicks - chicks be like "pale is what gets the pale guy"
