When someone you're initially attracted to starts love bombing you on the first conversation, how do you feel and respond?

This question is regarding someone you're attracted to very early.

Love bombing is basically acting obsessed with you.

You wouldn't necessarily be certain of his/her intent, but this behavior is generally considered to be a manipulation technique, and I think many people would find it suspicious, but I also definitely think some people would be captivated by someone being so into him/her. Would you? How would you respond?
