But one skill you can work on with friends and family is telling good stories full of details and passion. Doing this in a conversation allows a girl to hear what you like and they can pick things they connect with and have in common. Then when she replies and bounces off that story with how it relates to her you listen and do the same thing.

Women in general respond well to communication when you have very good self awareness. Read the room, and own the room. Be gracious be self deprecating and ask open ended question. Show genuine interest in their answers. Accept the rejections graciously, thank them and wish them a good time walk away. Practice practice practice with people you know and trust.
