How do I develop relationships with women out of thin air?

How do I go up to women without my fancy clothes, $300 watch on my wrist? Even women I am not interested in on a physical level, how do I go up to women and start developing relationships with them?

How do I understand what they want? It can be friendships or relationships.

Pay attention to a hobby or something that we’ve been into and find a way to relate. As a teen, coming across someone on the game/movie/music aisle was always the perfect way to spark up a conversation with a stranger. I’d just notice whatever game the guy was holding and be like “OMG I’ve been waiting to play that, do you think its good?” Lmao and of course a dude could go on and on about a video game 🤣 At some point you gotta stop him and shift the conversation like “Well if you get it and like it, maybe we could play together sometime”. Then he’d be like “wait but how will i find you? I dont visit this store often, can i get your number?” Yassss zaddy 🤣 But i often like to turn it around and say “Let me get your number too (or instead)” because some dudes think they’re supposed to wait days and weeks before texting, um no. Just give me yours. I got this 😂👌
