Nope. But that DOESN'T mean men expect women to. All men really want is a woman to KNOW what she wants and communicate it.

Women think men make the first move. But in reality women do by communicating (usually nonverbally) their interest in being approached. And in the modern sense this is what has become very broken. Most women either don't know how to do this anymore. Or they do it with full intent of only seeking attention. Then when they have their fill the just want the man to go away.

Yes. That's the majority of women. This is why few men want to approach anymore. Guys can handle rejection. It's not the rejection that's drives men away. It's the diminishing success. Some men will argue that they want women to make the first move but some men will say that but then complain if a woman is too forward or sexual because they'll label her as being not feminine or a slut or whore if she's that forward or sexual.

I think women still expect us to make the first move. But they're the ones in control. It's just that we men are bad at reading all the non-verbal signs you send out. It takes us a while to figure it all out and to gather enough courage to make that move.

When we're in a situation where we are clearly and openly flirting with you, it's much easier. We know when we have a 'green light' to take things to the next level. Deep down, we're still like little kids, a bit afraid to talk to the girl in class we had a crush on. It gets better with time and eventually we are mature enough to be confident. Sort of...
