So I completely messed this up, but anyway

I'm a 35 yr old male. Every girlfriend dating back to sophomore year, I've met online. I just don't have the confidence to talk to women face to face.

Unless you're a very attractive man, you will likely never be approached by a woman. If you're average looking, exercise until ripped, it will help. Other life circumstances will matter greatly too. If you're in a terrible job, live in a crummy rented apartment, are average looking or below and not even physically fit while smoking pot, you might as well not bother. It's a harsh reality.

It's rough man, the best way to do it if you have approaching issues is become a friend first. Befriending them is the best way to go about it and then let the rest happen organically.
