Depends on why they are dating. If it's just for fun and to get their mind off their last relationship or if they're going out looking to jump into a new relationship immediately.

Man, I know. I’ve went on countless dates and talked to countless women, and holy shit if they’re not all the same person, all still in love with some loser, who doesn’t care about them. I talked to this one girl the other day, who was like “yeah I was in a 4 year relationship, and I was madly in love with the guy still (didn’t tell me what happened) then told me she started dating a new guy for a year, then left him, now she’s looking to “settle down” they pick awful men, I guess imprint on them, then just go on a long streak of trying to replace him until they get tired of it and settle. Gotta be careful out here these days, cause most women don’t say they’re still in love, lot of these women I just flat out say it isn’t working, and then it comes to fruition that they’re still in love with their ex. They’re all trying to forget someone and have no issue using you as a quick fix for that then tossing you out to dry, hasn’t happened to me, because I usually ask the right questions when I’m talking to a girl and can tell pretty quickly if she’s ok or not.

No clue. My friends have done that and it's like "Why not just stay single and enjoy your life for a while before taking care of a new partner in your life?" I can understand if it's wanting to forget about their former as soon as possible, but that's not the way to do it.
