Boyfriend still lives with his ex?

My boyfriend and his ex bought a two bedroom condo two years ago, the two broke up and are now living in separate bed rooms. They have decided to sell it but with interests rates so high they want to wait until rates drop or they may lose money and they live in a very expensive city. It driving me crazy. Should I give him an ultimatum?

Never give people ultimatums, he either has what you want or doing what you want or he isn’t. My friend dated a guy for nearly 2 years who lived with his ex wife and kept making excuses as to why neither of them moved out. Now my friend is married to a completely different person and guess what? That guy is STILL living with his ex, and we know this because he’s a mailman who delivers to her parents house and he still chats with her mom. Moral of this is don’t wait around and don’t waste time trying to change him. Find a guy who you don’t need to give an ultimatum.
