Well, there's not a one-size-fits-all solution, and I'll probably speak in generalities. But for example, you could put yourself out there. Put yourself in a position where you will meet new people.

For example, you can look up on meetup. com some hobbies that may interest you, and you may find some public events where others of that same hobby get together to discuss it or partake in said hobby.
