That has probably something to do with the vibes you give off. If you look confident and don't give an unkempt impression, then it may still happen but not to the extent you mention.

It is time to change either your looks, how you come across, the body language you send, your behavior and also your character.

You could also have a reputation that the girls don't like. If you are a bully, a player or if you look and behave in a way that is perceived as immature, then this would be the reason why they lose interest in you.
