Trending & News My last situationship brought up his ex every time we got together and talked about her non-stop. It made me come to the conclusion that he wasn’t over her. He went back to her twice: once when we were just hanging out as friends (we were friends for awhile first), then it started to get a little more serious until I found out he was also talking to her. I asked him if they were getting back together. His answer was “we might be”. The fact that he was even CONSIDERING getting back with her was all the answer I needed. I politely told him goodbye and then found out a week later from a mutual friend they were back together (they were on and off for a decade). He’s married to her now so I know for sure he never got over her. Because of this I’m wary when the guy I’m with talks about exes. If he only mentions the ex one time though and it just randomly comes up and he drops it after, I don’t worry about it.
Well my last ex kept mentioning his ex on our first date, that was pretty awkward and I thought he wasn’t interested in me and only saw me as a friend because of it.
Since I only date/serve women who enjoy being spoiled without having any sex (with me, that is), I usually describe my previous relationships with the women I meet, to let them know what they can have if they decide to have a relationship with me.
It would be stupid to bring that up unless she asked.
It might make sense to mention the last one if he was saying that he was currently unattached.

why not? isn't it better if he speaks openly about his life?
Does having an ex make you more attractive or what? The 3rd option doesn't compute with me
I mean there's really no point in mentioning previous relationships at all to anyone newre-state//background_color_rgba (0, 0, 0, 0), font_color_rgb (77, 77, 77), justifyLeft
You'd have to be an idiot to, but I'm sure some guys would think that was a good idea.
Yeah, it's a bad habbit of mine, luckily most women I dated were cool with it and shared their horror stories in relationships as well, it's not that either of us were still hung up on our exes, just something to talk about
I mentioned my first love to my wife..
She was angry before but she okay now.. re-state//background_color_rgba (0, 0, 0, 0), font_color_rgb (77, 77, 77), justifyLeft
He shouldn’t.
Maybe. Might show he trusts you.
Yes talking about the past
If you want to destroy your chances, yes.
He might, after he gets to know her.
