Sure the housing market is shit and if thats where she happens to life I have no problem with it. In the dutch housing market in particular getting a single family home alone is basically no longer doable unless you have a really high salary + savings. For the average income it can no longer be done due to a shortage of housing. They estimate in the entire country a single income family has a 3% chance of buying a house, and with two you have a 43% chance.

I'm intrigued by it. Does it have plumbing? I'm not highfalutin. And as I say I'm intrigued by the outside the box thinking. I'm curious about difference in cost of that and a traditional house. But a house has to have no acceptable amenities of utilities for it to be considered a home to me. Anything else is a shack.
