Guys, is it possible this guy had feelings at all?

So the situation is a bit of a complicated one, but I’ll make it short. It didn’t have to be complicated, but I definitely made it complicated I’ll be honest about that.

met a guy that I really hit it off with, the vibes were there, conversation was great, and we had similar experiences which gave us great understanding towards the other. in the beginning we agreed that we were looking to date without expectations, but would want to be in a relationship eventually, just not any time soon. It sounded good to me.

my problem is, I didn’t expect to like him as soon as I did. He was truly a breath of fresh air. I liked his energy from the texts, first date went great, I ended up staying over, and we had amazing sex and cuddled naked. I didn’t expect to go all the way but he pursued it. Started from a kiss and it went from there.

we started texting every day, would see each other really often, he brought me to his job once (works at a bar) and I met some of his coworkers who all mentioned how beautiful I was, he also mentioned he doesn’t bring women there often. I invited him to my home a few times as well. More sex, kisses, and cuddles, even playing footsies under the covers! He noticed my table set and chairs had a few loose legs and he tightened them for me, which stood out to me. I know of men who would just ignore it..

I feel like we had a hot and fun thing going but after a month he went quiet, which scared me and I confessed that I caught feelings and would take a step back, and he let me. Said that I could always hit him up but he never hmu again. I started to feel like i overreacted and communicated that as well. But the energy never went back to how it was before. I started to feel like i never meant anything to him after all that, and i completely went off on him, i went off so bad he blocked me. And to this day i am devastated. I know the block was well deserved, but I am still grappling with the idea that only I caught feelings and he never did

I will also mention that I’ve seen him at least twice after we cut ties. We had sex once more, and he’s also come by to build furniture for me. We don’t talk when he’s here working on that. He does strike up small talk and ask how I’ve been and stuff, but that’s it.
