I think it’s almost impossible he has fallen in love after a spontaneous hookup. …and if he had, he would go ahead and run with it (unless he was married).

On the other hand, it’s common enough for a guy to want more sex after a spontaneous hookup but feel guilty about it. Trust me, it’s almost certainly all about sex.
