No, it would not. It would only make things much worse for women because men would then be even more obnoxious and misuse, sexualize and objectify women to such an extent that it would become unbearable for every single adult woman on this planet as well as very high number of children; those that start puberty until the age of 18.

Men would then think that every woman that approaches a man is in for fornication and copulation and the rate of sexual abuse, rape and possibly murder would increase exponentially.

That is the worst thing that could happen to women in general.
