If a guy is autistic if that a dealbreaker in a relationship?

Like if the guy struggles with social skills and is not big on packed social events, I ask because I came from a relationship where I thought I was really accepted when in reality I wasn’t she never wanted to actively communicate which led to constant miscommunication and lack of understanding. If she had a disgusted look on her face and I would ask if she was upset she would flip out on me like why do you always ask that and I explained I struggle at reading and I have to ask I’m sorry. Even after disclosing I was autistic she said she accepted me for who I was but never was interested in the stuff I bought such as books to understand how i communicate or anything to strengthen the relationship. As a sub disorder of my Asperger’s I had ocd she would frequently make fun of me about that. Anytime she would hang out with her friend they would just mostly trash me even though I treated this girl good.
