It may not always be the case, but yes, in the vast majority of instances the reaction will be negative when someone, male or female, finds out a person has autism. I speak from experience here, because I have the condition as well, but I no longer give a rat's rear end who knows about it.

It depends on how well you know them. That spectrum is very wide, so it might not be an issue. If i was already into a girl, that would not personally turn me away.
Autism is fine. Most people wouldn't know that those with autism are autistic.
