With the whole man vs bear debate. It seems like men are missing the point that if they acted like bears women would like them more.

Once, when I was sleeping on the ground in the Smokies, I was visited by male Black Bear. He likely smelled my open corn chips and beer from a distance. He came by while I was sleeping and circled me enough to knock down the long glass. I think he bumped me on the back and I woke up, walked to my car to go back to sleep. He followed me to my car, put his paws up on the trunk lid and tried to look into the fogged up rear window. Then he sprayed one tire like a cat would and then walked away. The next morning, my beer and corn chips were gone.

The bear could have injured me but I wasn't a threat and bears can't see in the dark, either. But it could have gone badly. I won't do that again.
