One time I was going to meet a woman I met on the Internet, however, when I arrived at the meeting place, I saw that she was a dwarf of 161 centimeters, I took advantage of the fact that she had not seen me and I left.

Yes I've had it happen. Years ago I used to use dating apps and went on a lot of dates. A few of them looked absolutely nothing like their pictures. And that was before the days of filters and AI. They obviously did something to the pictures.

They didn't have video chat back then either. So you never saw them in person until you actually met them. One time I arranged to meet a woman at a restaurant. She came in and said hello and I did not even recognize her. I asked her "do I know you?". I was shocked when I found out it was her. I mean it wasn't even close.

Honestly I felt like walking out. Not because of the way she looked but because of the way she tried to deceive me. But I was polite anyway, paid for her dinner, left and never contacted her again.

I once matched with a girl that was drop dead gorgeous on a dating app

So much so that I sent her profile to a couple of close friends who agreed she was an absolute bombshell.

Fast forward to the date and Im sitting across a young lady that is a lot shorter and a lot wider that the photo.
Almost like stretch a portrait photo into landscape mode

We had a drink and some conversation but just as soon as I left I thanked her for the fun evening and never made plans again

A few times when I met girls’ off the internet , back before the internet had video chatting. I will no longer meet a girl off the internet that can’t video chat me , and prove to me she is or she says she is. So many people add filters on their pictures to try to make themselves look better than what they are actually look like it’s lying and wrong to do to someone , it’s a turn off if someone can’t just accept who they are as a person

Well yeah many people have lots of filters. Editing. Makeup. Etc done for photos. Who people are on social media many times isn’t who they are in real life.

It’s the same with what people say sone people post these long winded words of wisdom. But you meet them and they never follow any of it nor do they talk that way.

If you don't like women much shorter than yourself, that's another thing altogether. Maybe you could have asked before you arranged to meet?
