@princessfromjupiter her arms are the same size in both, but in the second set she has them pressed against her body, making the fat spread. And this could explain the double chin too. I know a woman who literally keeps her nose up 24/7 to visually make it seem like she has no double chin. Also, her stomach in the 1st pic is from a frontal view while in the 2nd it's side view. From someone who isn't skinny, I will tell you that it makes a world of difference. But this all is just me speculating, guess we will never know the truth.
