Advice needed please?

My parents get mad at me every time cause they don't want me on my phone texting this guy that l used to sort of date/talk to. Like my phone always gets taken away and stuff every time they find out that I text him and I have no idea how to make it all stop. I have feelings for this guy because even though he's been rude to me sometimes he has also been nice to me a lot and I have great memories w him. Also I'm 22 almost 23 and I'm an adult.
I'm not even doing anything like on my phone or text messages that is wrong or anything. I'm always polite and respectful of peoples boundaries

Well that really sucks I guess about the only thing to make it stop is if you start paying your own phone bill that way they don't have anything to say about it

I mean it doesn't really sound right are you sure that's all that's going on but anyway pay your own phone bill. And if it's their phones just start saving up for a new phone

If you want to make shitty relationship decisions, move out and buy your own phone. That's what I did at 19, and that crazy chick destroyed years of my life. My decision though. Not their decision.
