I've been seeing this guy for a few months. He said he wasn't ready for a label. We were at his house and we were using my phone to order food. He saw that I still had a dating app on my phone and got upset, not mad but kinda hurt.
I haven't messaged anyone on that app in months, he still has the same app on his phone but hasn't messaged anyone either. I let him look at it because I have nothing to hide and he did the same. I just can't wrap my head around him being upset about something and being "guilty" of the same thing. Especially since we aren't exclusive.

Ego and the whole thing of rules for thee but not for me. The classic hypocrite who wants to eat his cake and have it too. Basically, he want YOU to be exclusive to him but he doesn’t want to have to be exclusive to you. He wants you to act like his girlfriend in terms of loyalty etc but not have to be your boyfriend in any sort of way. ”Not ready for a label” is bullshit for ”I wanna be free to fuck around, but you better not do it as well”. Either way, dump this loser. Never ever waste your time on a grown man who’s ”not ready”, that’s a pathetic excuse. He’s not ready to commit to you but sure are ready to fuck you and be upset if you talk to others. Again, leave.
Haven't had sex. And I know he isn't fucking anyone else. We've only recently ventured out of the friends territory and outside of group settings have only gone on a few solo dates.
I don't know why you two are still trying to act like a couple of sluts when you have each other already.
You're both stupid
Acting like sluts? Ok, in what way?
Acting like you're seeing other people or "not exclusive" when you basically are.
Get serious for fuck's sake, enough of the wishy-washy bullshit
We're not seeing other people. And we've both made that very clear. So there's no act. But when I say exclusive I mean that he isn't yet my boyfriend.
I got some news for you, you two are not in your twenties anymore. Stop acting like dumb kids who can't commit to each other
He's still in his twenties...
You hurt his ego or he has feelings for you but he isn't emotionally healthy enough for a relationship.
