It tops my list in terms of importance. I can't concentrate if someone's voice is annoying or odd. Automatic dealbreaker if a guy has a bad speaking voice. I know that seems really shallow, but I couldn't live with that for the rest of my life.

When I was much younger, I didn't ask a girl out once when I approached her, she was 8/10 cute, but that voice was a rare and immediate, nails-on-a-chalkboard turnoff. I knew instantly that I had no further interest in continuing a conversation with her.

That's the only time it happened, more often than not, I've been interested in girls I didn't find incredibly attractive at first but then they won me over by having a soft, sweet voice. It's important as physical attractiveness to not be annoyed by a partner's voice. You'll hear it more often than seeing them nude.
