Why Does He Never Want Sex?

My man and i have only been together for 3 months but known each other for years. I thought in the beginning of a relationship, these should be times of having daily sex and the whole honeymoon phase. He works in the day, comes home, finds stuff to do outside, barely has time for me. When it gets dark he finds some inside project to work on or plays video games. Then whenever bedtime rolls around he is either already asleep or tells me to come to bed with him and then falls asleep. He doesn't initiate sex, he doesn't try anything. He says im sexy and beautiful and he loves me but his actions suggest totally different. Why would a guy have no interest in sex but maybe once a week. He is 53 and im 47 if that makes any difference

You're both older people, him especially. He’s worn out from work and just wants to come home to relax, possibly doesn’t have energy for sex. It’s common with older men his age. You're only 3 months into the relationship, if you’re not happy then end it as it’s still very early days. He’s shown you what the rest of the relationship will look like, don’t fool yourself into staying out of hope that he’ll miraculously change his pattern.
