You rejected him. He's not accepting your rejection. Tell him no again, and that he will have to get over it. Maybe that sounds mean, but if I personally told a guy no, and he came back with no invitation from me and asked again, I'd give him the same answer I gave him before. His feelings are not your responsibility, hon, and marriage is a very, very long time to spend with someone. Don't let feeling sorry for someone else's disappointment lead you to make a permanent and difficult to undo decision.

In my situation, if a boy does like that, I can say him yes even if I might have said him no earlier. If he's good but I haven't understood him anytime earlier I might give an other chance to him but he shouldn't disrespect me. If he disrespected me when I said him no, I might be hesitant to say yes. But if he still respected me even after I said him no, if he asks for another chance, I can say him yes.

No he should have never blocked you he should have respected what you had to say and thought about what you had to say and it might have made some sense to him how come it has to be his way and if he gets mad
