Why are some men so pushy?

I met two guys on dating sites that I was going to meet in person. One was demanding that I talk to him immediately on FaceTime when we’d just met and that we go on a date on his day off from work today. Ignoring the fact that I’d invited him out for lunch on the weekend.

The other one I’d agreed to meet tomorrow night after a chat; and said I’d talk to him tonight. Then he kept messaging me and asking if I was okay when I was trying to talk to other people.

I’m outgoing and mostly confident, but these two men spooked me completely and irritated me.

But if you did what he said then he thinks in his head that he can do and get away with anything he wants so don't ever do that I mean I can't tell you that you do whatever you want to do but I wouldn't do it anybody told me to do especially if they're rude about it and tried to control that's the last thing they want to do... As a guy: when you match with a girl on an app you can’t be too patient and need to get to a date very fast because she can go on a date with another guy in the meantime, get along with him, and ghost you.


And you would’ve done the same.
Unless you plan on dating them both long term cheating on one with the other.
You most probably want to chose the best match but where does that leave the other guy?

It’s not a thing you can fix on your own as society is built this way but a decent person only dates one person at a time and if it doesn’t work then proceed to talk to the next person.

Because there are a lot of women on dating sites that want a guy to put in work. They expect a guy to message her like 50 times before she responds. It's silly I know. The better question is why these guys want to talk to a woman that regards them like that. I message a woman once. If I get no response I'm done. Other guys will say that's a mistake because women get a lot of messages and mine just might have gotten buried. I say it just wasn't meant to be then, moving on.

What I want to know is why a woman looks at a guys profile like 50 times and doesn't message him. What is she checking that she didn't see the first 49 times?🤣

That’s the problem with dating sites. You often end up with losers that aren’t what they appear. It’s a difficult dating environment these days. Too much online, social media, and less real interaction.
